July 11th Hoop Session – RSVP & Deposit Policy

This booking is to request a spot for the July hoop session from 8:00AM-10:00AM.

Spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Just like previous months, a $10 deposit is required to reserve your spot. 

How It Works

• Submit this RSVP through the site to request a spot. Your RSVP request will hold your spot for 24 hours

• Send the $10 deposit via Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay to Neil. Your spot is only secured once the deposit is received. If the deposit is not sent immediately, a Venmo payment request will be sent to you.

• If the deposit is not sent within 24 hours, the RSVP request will automatically decline and the spot will be released.
  

• The remaining balance will be paid at the gym on the day of the run and depends on the total number of players in attendance.

Registration Window

Reservations close 48 hours before the run, so make sure to RSVP and send your deposit early to lock in your spot.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48+ hours (before 5PM Thursday) before the run are eligible for a full deposit refund. 

Cancellations made within 48 hours (after 5PM Thursday) of the run are non-refundable.

Important Notes

The run will proceed with a minimum of 15 players

If the minimum is not met by July 3rd, the session will be cancelled and all deposits will be refunded.
